What You’ll Need\n

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.

• A customer-focused approach.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n

As a Roadside Technician, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.

Start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We’ll equip you with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one!
