\n You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential)

The firm is looking for someone who can work independently while delivering an exceptional service to clients and estate agent contacts alike.

The ideal candidate will have:
