Lift Service Supervisor

Job Description

Our client, a well-established and growing lift engineering business, is seeking a Service Supervisor to join their North West operation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a successful and expanding organisation that values its people and offers long-term career progression.

Working from a busy Manchester office, you'll oversee a team of service engineers across the region, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality maintenance and repair service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the continued growth of the department.

This position would suit someone with a strong background in lift maintenance and repair who enjoys leading teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and support a team of lift service engineers across the North West.
  • \n
  • Manage maintenance, breakdown, and repair activities within a busy service operation.
  • \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • \n
  • Conduct technical surveys, audits, and risk assessments.
  • \n
  • Support operational performance and service delivery targets.
  • \n
  • Help drive the ongoing growth and development of the service department.
  • \n

  • Proven experience within the lift industry, ideally with a strong maintenance and repair background.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to motivate and manage engineering teams effectively.
  • \n
  • A customer-focused approach with strong technical knowledge.
  • \n
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • \n
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
  • \n
