Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your work makes a difference to children and young people?\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nPartnering with managers across care, education, and therapy teams to identify and respond to learning needs\nSupporting induction, mandatory training, and ongoing professional development initiatives\nAdministering our Learning Management System (LMS) – managing training records, bookings, and reporting\nCoordinating apprenticeship programmes and liaising with external training providers\nDesigning and delivering engaging learning content and workshops\nEvaluating training impact and contributing to compliance audits and internal reporting\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience in a learning and development role – ideally in health, care, or education\nStrong organizational and admin skills, including LMS experience\nExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities\nUnderstanding of apprenticeship pathways and professional development routes\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a digital-first environment\nA collaborative, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow\n\nDesirable (But Not Essential)\n\nCIPD Level 5 or working towards\nKnowledge of Ofsted frameworks\nExperience supporting apprenticeship levy-funded training\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nBe part of a mission-led organization making a difference in people's lives every day\nRemote working with travel\nOpportunities for further development and progression\nSupportive, inclusive team culture\nCompetitive benefits package\n\nINDSUP
