Job Role: Bench Hand Joiner Location: Leicestershire Shift: Days Salary: £17.00 - £21.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Overtime + Site Rate Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £19.00 - £21.00, depending on experience. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting commercial, residential and retail projects, they are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join the team. Key Responsibilities: As a Bench Hand Joiner, you will manufacture bespoke joinery products to the highest standards, working from detailed technical and architectural drawings. Your responsibilities will include: Reading and interpreting production and architectural drawings. Setting out, cutting, shaping and assembling bespoke joinery. Manufacturing high-end kitchens, reception desks, wall panelling, furniture and specialist joinery. Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently. Working closely with the design and project management teams. Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Ensuring all completed work meets company specifications before leaving the bench. About You Ideally, you will have: A minimum of 3-5 years' bench joinery experience within a bespoke manufacturing environment. The ability to confidently read and manufacture from technical and architectural drawings. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your own comprehensive set of hand tools.
